Testing Solutions LLC. disclaims all warranties in connection with these items or products, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation to, description, quality, design, performance, specifications, condition, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose.

This sale is made on the express understanding that there is no implied warranty that the goods are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Buyer acknowledges that buyer is not relying on seller's skill or judgment to select of furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the goods being purchased.

Warning/acknowledgments

Buyer acknowledges that it is unsafe to operate any vehicle after ingesting any amount of alcohol. Buyer further accepts full responsibility for his or her own decision to operate a vehicle after ingesting any amount of alcohol. Buyer acknowledges that these products are intended for the sole purpose of detecting the possibility of alcohol in the bloodstream and is not intended to be an indication of level of intoxication. The exact level of alcohol in the bloodstream cannot be established by using these devices.

Return policy

Please contact us before sending any products for a return or refund.

AlcoTester.com and Testing Solutions LLC. will return your unused product, only after we inspect the product for damage, abuse, use or tampering. If the product is approved for a refund we will refund the cost of the product (less s&h charges and a 20% restocking fee) within 14 days of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. If you want to cancel a order before it is shipped there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

We can not refund mouthpieces, sensors or products with a mouthpiece due to health reasons. The coin operated/vending units are not eligible for a refund if they have been used (but is eligible for repair) due to the abuse they take in most public establishments. 

Free shipping

Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the U.S., refunds, exchanges, overnight or large quantity discounted orders. If your package is returned to us for a undeliverable address, no one home to sign for delivery or for a refusal of delivery there will be a re-delivery fee.

Testing Solutions LLC. Has the discretion of which company we use to ship our orders and what method we use when free shipping is elected. Most orders are sent via USPS Priority mail but not all orders. If you pay for shipping we will ship through the company you choose and the method you choose, if possible. Testing Solutions LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you place your order via phone or internet you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
