The original AlcoHAWK Mouthpieces are Discontinued and are not made anymore, we have came up with an alternative mouthpieces to fit the AlcoHAWK PT500/PT500P. 

These do not fit perfect in the hole, but they do fit in the hole better than any other mouthpiece on the market. They are a touch smaller than the old ones, but they do fit in the hole and will work, you might want to hold it while the subject blows, but this shouldn't be an issue, since this is how you should be using this product to get the most accurate reading! 


These are Individually wrapped for your protection and to meet FDA regulations.
